1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

All original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals are included.

The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Underwear, intimate apparel, and beauty products once opened.

Gift cards and digital products.

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5. Online Payment Refunds
For orders paid by credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods:

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged item), Credixs Store UAE will cover the return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
